While our annual Labor & Employment Law Advanced Practices (LEAP) Symposium went virtual this year, we will be back in Las Vegas next spring (March 16-18). Here are some nuggets of employment-law wisdom from this year's event:

COVID Fears"In the end, if your company is taking all the COVID precautions but an employee doesn't want to return to the office simply because he doesn't feel comfortable, you typically don't have to employ that person anymore."
