Dear NDIA Members:

To those of you who have generously contributed your time and talent to serve in Divisions, Industrial Committees, Chapters and Affiliates to advance NDIA's Advocate-Promote & Provide mission, or who have participated in NDIA-sponsored events as speakers, panelists or attendees, .... "Thank You!" ... for your contributions and your steadfast support. Sincere thanks also goes out to those companies who have supported NDIA events through the generosity of their sponsorships.

NDIA continues to grow and expand participation opportunities for its member companies and their many representatives. During the past year, two industrial committees, the Industrial Committee for Program Management and the Industrial Committee for Biometrics, have been chartered and are now fully operational. Similarly the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Workforce Division has been chartered and now offers member companies an opportunity to participate in a variety of advocacy actions related to the sustainment of a technical workforce to support classified defense program requirements in both industry and the Department of Defense. In furtherance of NDIA's corporate STEM Initiative, formal endorsements of Project Lead the Way (PLTW), DoD STARBASE, and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers' Education Foundation have served to inform and assist NDIA Chapters' and members' involvement in promoting STEM education.
