John Longhauser as chairman, Combat Vehicle Section. Tank Automotive Division: Brig. Gen. (Ret.) Bill Holmes (Day Zimmerman) has succeeded Bob Harris (Armtec Defense Products as chairman of the Industrial Committee of Ammunition Producers (ICAP); Tom Casey (Lockheed Martin has succeeded Bud Dougherty (L-3 Com) as chairman. Undersea Warfare Division: and Jim Sandberg Northrop Grumman) has succeeded Dale Von Haase (Lockheed Martin) as chairman, Industrial Committee on Operational Test & Evaluation (ICOTE).
