At the heart of Rocky Mountain Power's evolution is President and CEO, CINDY CRANE, a life-long energy pioneer with a get-it-done' vigor that's been her career trademark. Having spent a majority of her professional career working with engineers, coal miners, power plant operators and renewable energy experts, Crane's best known for her unique ability to visibly set a course of action and galvanize the best talent and resources to drive sweeping business change. In fact, Crane has been the go-to leader on many of the company's most transformational initiatives including the adoption of new enterprise-wide solutions and advancing the company's decarbonization strategy and building the company's five large wind plants in Wyoming.

"Leadership isn't a title. It's clearly naming a way forward and inspiring trust and motivation in others to make it happen," Crane says. Building trust and motivation is central to Crane's leadership agenda as she looks for new ways to foster and reward a workforce that's tasked with being ever-more nimble, imaginative and customer focused. "Working in an industry and organization that's undergoing seismic change can be daunting. It's my job to help my fellow employees navigate these headwinds while balancing work, life, family and community obligations," says Crane who believes she must focus on her customers and lead her employees as though their lives depend on her success.

Crane is responsible for providing low cost electricity, reliable service and meeting the needs of 1.1 million customers as well as overseeing the company's regulatory and legislative affairs in Idaho, Utah and Wyoming. Before being appointed president in 2014, Crane held a variety of leadership positions for Rocky Mountain Power's parent company, PacifiCorp.

Since joining Citywide Home Loans in 2009, Teresa's unsurpassed leadership ability has driven progression throughout the company, and the mortgage industry as a whole. Teresa has worked in the financial services sector for over 30 years, but found a passion for mortgages about 20 years ago.
