For the first time, U.S. businesses of all sizes will spend more on wireless voice services than on wireline in 2006, according to In-Stat. Wireless data services will make significant gains this year as well as over the next several years, the high-tech market research firm reported. Expenditures by enterprise firms with 1,000 or more employees on wireless data will grow an average of 18 percent annually through 2009.
