The Winter Area Leadership Board (ALB) meetings held earlier this year were well-attended by FEl leaders.

Discussion items included: membership recruiting and retention, program best practices, sponsor programs and more.

Four areas met in Orlando: the Midwest and North Central Areas, Feb. 19-20, followed by the North Atlantic and Southern Areas, Feb. 22-23.

The Western and Southwest areas met Feb. 27-28 in Las Vegas. At all the meetings, FEl staff conducted Leaders Workshops, followed by the ALB meetings the next day.
