A dream home is not always spending $5,000,000 for a 5,000-square-foot lakeside villa complete with a pool, spa, theater, and gym. According to a national survey conducted by Beazer Homes USA, Inc., Atlanta, 61% of those polled identify their dream home priced, on average, in the $200,000 range and rank the suburbs as their second favorite housing location, after the beach.
