OAR: My biggest challenge right now is to try and utilize our data to make better recruiting choices, benefit choices and things of that nature.

ATWOOD: Mine is like a box of chocolates. You open it up and sometimes it's a nutty situation. I'm seeing a lot of employment law and navigating a lot for FMLA, ADA and workers compensation. I'm also seeing a lot of training initiatives, and of course some of the benefit concerns that employers have as well.

WHALEN: We continue to get questions from our members about legal compliance, FMLA, ADA and the FLSA, but we're also beginning to get more questions about employee engagement and keeping and retaining your top talent. HR folks are beginning to move away from just the tactical and compliance to beginning to think, "How do I motivate and keep my workforce?"
