I'm a faith person, so finding a larger meaning in what I'm doing is a big deal to me. When it gets tough, I remember who has gone before me and who is watching now. I remember that I'm a better example of strength to my children when they see me get back up over and over again, than if I'd never faced a hard time. One day, they might need to know that it's possible. Besides, we never know who is watching, and that keeps me going.
I remind myself that, although it may not seem like it at the time, going through hard times will make me better in the end. Facing adversity and obstacles only makes you stronger when new challenges arise.
