Simple Ways to Improve Your Life in 2017
The year is coming to a close. We have covered many wellness topics and learned much from our guest authors since Chief Justice Nancy Rice proclaimed January to be “Wellness Month.” What have you learned? How have you grown and changed? Most of us lead busy lives that can become stressful. What regimen have you implemented to help stay mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy? Have your relationships improved? As attorneys, we have devoted a considerable amount of time and energy to our chosen profession. Imagine how much our quality of life would increase if we dedicated even half that amount of time and effort to our own well-being.

be. What brings you happiness? What brings you contentment,
peace, and joy? For 2017, create a New Year’s
resolution that will enable you to feel more like the person
you want to be.

• Want...
