If you've ever had trouble falling asleep, just imagine yourself cuddling up with a warm lavender-filled body wrap. The Happy Company, Hayward, Calif., insists that there's no sense in counting sheep when you can lull yourself into a peaceful night's sleep using aromatherapy in the form of soft, comforting products.

The Sweet Dreams collection employs lavender aromatherapy, which is known for alleviating insomnia and inducing calm sleep patterns. The Dream Mask ($8.00) uses 100% cotton flannel outer fabric and soft, double-elastic straps. It is layered with fluffy-as-a-cloud batting, light-blocking material, and lavender to keep out light while soothing you into a peaceful night's sleep. It measures 8.5" long, 3.5" tall, and one inch thick, and weighs approximately one ounce.

The Neck Wrap ($18.00) helps relax tense shoulders and neck muscles with an overstuffed wrap loaded with plush filling, flax seeds, and lavender. The flax seed- and lavender-filled insert heats easily in the microwave for a deep warming sensation. The 100% cotton flannel cover is machine washable, and the insert can be used either heated or chilled in the freezer. The Neck Wrap measures approximately 12"x 13", is three inches thick and weighs approximately 25 ounces.
