Wanted: another 24 hours for my day!(Brief Article)

Give me another 24 hours in my day and I might accomplish everything on my "to do" list. Sound familiar? If so, you are not alone. In our recent membership survey, we found that a majority of our members who responded to this survey were suffering from not having enough time to complete tasks effectively. As more evidence of this finding, I often hear that many marketers in community banks wear more than one hat. Some wear the hat of marketer/human resources or marketer/CFO. Some are even bestowed the dual task of being the bank's marketer and compliance officer. In larger banks, marketers may be wearing one hat; however, they have quite a load to bear as well.
