Utah Young Lawyers Section Sponsors 1992 Rocky Mountain Regional AOP

James C. Hyde Treasurer, Young Lawyers Section

Every year in April young lawyers from the Western states region get together for their own bar leadership workshops. This year the Young Lawyers Section of the Utah State Bar (the "Utah YLS") is the host of the leadership conference, officially known as the "Rocky Mountain Regional Affiliate Outreach Project" (the "Conference"). Park City and the newly-remodeled Yarrow Hotel and Convention Center is the site of the Conference, which will be held April 3-4, 1992.

Because the Conference rotates its location every year among the various Western states, the Utah YLS has an infrequent opportunity to show our neighboring states first hand what a. beautiful place Utah is and what a fantastic Young Lawyers Section we have. The Conference gives the Utah YLS that chance and will be a wonderful opportunity for you to get to know Young Lawyers from other states and rub shoulders with your Utah colleagues. Every Utah Young Lawyer, whether i active in bar programs or not, is invited and encouraged to attend this year's Conference.

The Utah YLS Conference committee, headed by past YLS president, Richard A. Van Wagoner, expects a healthy showing of approximately 50 Young Lawyers from other Western states ABA/Young Lawyer Affiliates. The Committee has arranged for a balanced mix of interesting substantive workshops and lively social events. Here's a quick look at the schedule:
