Elizabeth B. "Betsy" Goudey, 7A, of Laramie, passed June 21, 2016, in Cheyenne after a brief battle with cancer. Betsy was born in 1942 in New Castle, Pennsylvania, and moved to Metuchen, New Jersey, at a young age. Her summers were spent in Ocean City, New Jersey, with her family and friends. After spending her formative years on the East Coast and traveling the world, Betsy found her heart belonged to Wyoming, and she lived in Laramie for 45 years. She moved to Wyoming in 1971, and it was here that she raised her three children.
