The more things change, the more they stay the same
It is my understanding that this column in The Wyoming Lawyer is intended to allow various members of the Wyoming State Bar Association, who I have been assured by our Executive Director are randomly selected, to share their perspective on what it has meant to be a member of the Wyoming Bar and to practice law in Wyoming. The view from my shoes may diverge from what may be the predominant view, for various reasons.
