A Little SOLACE for the Legal Community
It is my pleasure to announce the launch of the SOLACE program in Wyoming. SOLACE stands for "Support of Lawyers/ Legal Personnel — All Concern Encouraged." As far as I can tell, Wyoming is the fourteenth state to launch such a program.
The SOLACE program began in 2002 in Louisiana. It was the brain child of New Orleans attorney Mark C. Surprenant and U.S. District Judge Jay C.
