Hon. Steven R. Cranfill District Court Judge Fifth Judicial District.

District Court Doings 1 am pleased to follow Judge Harrington as a "From the Bench" contributor. Judge Harrington is the chair of the Circuit Court judges, and I am the counterpart for the District Court judges. We both serve in the Fifth Judicial District, and I am not sure if that situation has ever existed before.

I recently had the pleasure to swear in Tom. On January 5th at 8:00 a.m., I gave the oath to the Park County officials and then drove to Basin where I did the same for the Big Horn County officials. Judge Harrington and I have been friends since our days in middle school in Worland. It was indeed a personal privilege to administer the oath to this fine man.
