Wyoming Supreme Court Welcomes New State Law Librarian
The Wyoming Supreme Court is happy to welcome our new State Law Librarian, Eugenia Charles-Newton.
Eugenia received her B.A., magna cum laude, in English Literature and Political Science from Arizona State University. While there, she was honored with a College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Award and selected as the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Convocation speaker. After graduation, Eugenia attended the University of Kansas School of Law, where she earned her JD as well as a Certificate in Tribal Law and Policy.
During her time in law school, Eugenia worked as a reference assistant in KU’s Wheat Law Library. Eugenia was fascinated with the research skills of law librarians...
