It is always a pleasure to share good news with our readers about the University of Wyoming College of Law. This year U.S. News & World Report ranked the College of Law 8^th in the nation in terms of lowest debt burden for our graduates. This is an important ranking for several reasons.

In recent years, legal education in the United States has been hit hard by declining applications, skyrocketing tuition costs, a poor job placement market, state reductions in funding for public higher education, and misinformation in the marketplace about the quality of legal education.
