For those of you who failed to pay your 2011-2012 annual license fees by November 30, 2011, a late fee of $50.00 must be paid in addition to your license fees. You must pay these fees and return your completed License Fee Statement to the Bar office by December 15. If you remain in default after December 15, your name will be included on a notice of all such delinquent members to be sent to the Supreme Court for appropriate action.

Article I, Section 4 (c), of the Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar provides in part that "the Supreme Court shall, within 30 days of the notice by the State Bar, issue against such member an order returnable 20 days thereafter to show cause why membership in the Wyoming State Bar should not be suspended. ... If good cause is not shown in response to such order, an order of suspension from the practice of law for a period of up to three years shall issue from the Supreme Court."

To avoid suspension for non-payment, and the need to satisfy the requirements of Section 4 (d) regarding vacating the suspension order, please pay your fees on time.

If you have any questions regarding your license fees, please contact the Wyoming State Bar at (307) 632-9061.
