Executive Director, Wyoming State BarAs coordinated by Bar Counsel Mark GifFord, the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center/Behavioral Health Services (CRMC/BHS), will provide a central "clearinghouse" for statewide providers to report on the progress of members of the Bar who are undergoing substance abuse/dependence treatment. This service will gather statewide information on individuals who are undergoing disciplinary action for violations of the Wyoming Supreme Court rules of conduct governing chemical dependency and/or mental health disorders. Quarterly, CRMC/BHS will report to the Wyoming State Bar the progress of each participant regarding his/her ability to remain abstinent, progress toward successful completion of any treatment program and the status of his/her attendance at any outside therapy or self-help group. This information will be forwarded to CRMC/BHS by a network of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Certified providers to be compiled into reports covering all participants in treatment programs to ensure participants are following through with the Bar's compliance standards. The quarterly report will consist of:

1. Monitoring attendance by the participant at all treatment and outside services required by the Wyoming State Bar and the provider of the service. 2. Random testing for use of alcohol and other drugs (AOD) 3. Copies of all assessments and screenings for mental health and substance abuse disorders and recommendations regarding the level of care to be provided to the Bar members and passed onto each participant. 4. CRMC/BHS will make recommendations for treatment services not available in the state of Wyoming to the Bar to be passed onto the individual seeking services.

Cheyenne Regional Medical Center/ Behavioral Health Services (CRMC/BHS) will provide the following services to Wyoming State Bar members within the County of Laramie, and the City of Cheyenne:

Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment (lOP) - An intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment program for adults.
