An Update on the Institute of Continuing Legal Education

As part of our Annual Meeting, we provided an update to the Board of Governors, in my executive director's report, and for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) Board, on the activities and operations of the department. We wanted to provide a brief update for you, too, as the program evolves to support the needs of our members and play its part in improving the quality of legal services.

ICLE is a fully integrated program of the State Bar of Georgia. All of their activities are designed to promote a well-organized, properly planned and adequately supported program of continuing legal education by which [Georgia lawyers] are afforded a means of enhancing their skills and keeping abreast of developments in the law, and engaging in the study and research of the law, so as tofulfill their responsibilities to the legal profession, the courts and the public.
