RATES & DEADLINES

Bar Member Rates: 1-50 words - $35.00 / 51-100 words - $45.00. Confidential box is $10.00 extra. Cancellations must be in writing. For information regarding classified advertising, please call (801) 297-7022.

Classified Advertising Policy:

No commercial advertising is allowed in the classified advertising section of the Journal. For display advertising rates and information, please call (801) 486-9095. It shall be the policy of the Utah State Bar that no advertisement should indicate any preference, limitation, specification or discrimination based on color, handicap, religion, sex, national origin or age.

Utah Bar Journal and the Utah State Bar do not assume any responsibility for an ad, including errors or omissions, beyond the cost of the ad itself. Claims for error adjustment must be made within a reasonable time after the ad is published.

CAVEAT

The deadline for classified advertisements is the first day of each month prior to the month of publication. (Example: May 1 deadline for June publication). If advertisements are received later than the first, they will be published in the next available issue. In addition, payment must be received with the advertisement.
