Thank you for the excellent article, "Not Just Jell-O Anymore: Local Food Now Served on the Hospital Tray" (by Marc Eisen, November issue). The efforts of Rick Beckler, Sacred Heart's director of hospitality services, and the courage of Stephen Ronstrom, the CEO, have helped to create an infrastructure that is rapidly growing.
