Rule 10. Guardians Ad Litem
(a) Appointment in Abuse and Neglect Proceedings; Powers and Responsibilities. In accord with 5 V.I.C. § 2542, counsel for the child shall be appointed to act in the role of a guardian ad litem in every case of abuse and neglect. The guardian shall have access to reports as provided in that statute, and may exercise all powers and responsibilities there specified.
