Rule 19. Adjudication; Distribution
(a) Not more than five days after the date of final hearing, if there shall have been no objection to the final account, or within five days after decision upon, or settlement of all objections to the said account, the executor or administrator shall file a petition for distribution. At the same time, cash or a check made payable to the Government of the Virgin Islands in the amount of the inheritance tax payable upon the estate shall be deposited with the clerk of the court along with all unpaid costs, including the fee for filing a final adjudication.
