Thanks to a grant from the Lilly Endowment, Indiana will see high-level training programs and academic degrees go from concept to classroom much faster than before. The $1 million investment will fund Vincennes University's new Technological Opportunities Service Center (TOpS), dedicated to the rapid deployment of programs most critical to Indiana's economic future.

According to center director Michael Richards, the initiative couldn't have come at a better time.
