Vincennes University: New State Center for Applied Technology at Vincennes.

Construction will begin this year on Vincennes University's State Center for Applied Technology. This $12 million facility will deliver programming designed exclusively for the needs of business and industry training. It will offer flexible workforce development opportunities tailored to the needs of employers of all kinds. It is designed to enable on- and off-campus curriculum delivery and will house equipment that parallels the technology currently being used by manufacturers and other high skilled careers.

Indiana's first college, VU serves the entire state with more than 150 associate degree programs and select baccalaureate programs. A state-supported college, VU also offers vocational programs leading to careers that utilize leading edge technology as well as the state's lowest tuition among residential campuses.
