Vermella Union launches virtual leasing.

Russo Development said Monday that potential tenants for Vermella Union, the 415-unit luxury residential community across from Kean University in Union, now have the opportunity to experience virtual leasing.

As a means to keep up with practicing social distancing, the team at Russo put together a new film series to enable leasing activity to continue without requiring person-to-person interaction during the disruption of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Prospective residents can visit www.vermellaunion.com to schedule a video conferencing tour, view guided tour films and access application materials and they can connect via Facetime to consult with leasing agents and property managers to coordinate leasing and relocation activities.

"We are very sensitive to the need to adapt to the circumstances presented by COVID-19, but we also recognize that there are many critical and obvious reasons for property owners to maintain their operations, including enabling moves for people who cannot change their plans to move or who now need to move," said Adam Pasternack, president of Russo Property Management. "While taking all due precautions, we are continuing our leasing operation virtually and providing safe processes during relocations."
