In your own, words describe your practice. What makes your practice different from the rest?

We are Accessible. Our clients know they can reach us any hour of any day, and calls are always returned promptly.

We are Compassionate. Our clients are our friends, and we relate to them on a very personal level. We always put their interests before our own.

We are Competent. One of our major differentiators is our combined 55 years of experience as CPAs. We regularly advise clients on issues other advisors are prohibited to discuss. Our resources are broad and deep, enabling us to be truly holistic problem solvers.

Describe an ideal client for your practice, in general.

Our ideal client is one we can trust to consistently act in their own best interest, and can take good advice in the process. We are experienced enough to understand that trust is something we have to earn. And were patient enough to know that, in time, that's exactly what will happen.

Describe your customer service model.

Knowing someone well is always the first step to getting it right. We believe in complete transparency, and require the same of our clients. We never come to a meeting with a preconceived solution in mind. We need to understand the facts. But even more important are feelings, likes and dislikes, goals and expectations. If real understanding is not at the foundation of every successful relationship, we don't know what is.
