Vail Resorts Inc., in a shakeup of its financial management, has shifted JEFFREY W. JONES, currently senior vice president and chief financial officer of Vail Resorts Development Co., to senior vice president and chief financial officer of Vail Resorts. JAMES P. DONOHUE, former CFO, becomes senior vice president and chief information officer.

KEITH GASKILL has been named president and CEO of Cognitive Solutions Inc., a Golden-based manufacturer of identification printers like the kind that print grocery receipts as you check out at a grocery store. Cognitive is a subsidiary of Axiohm Transaction Soloutions, Ithaca, N.Y. Gaskill has been vice president and general manager of Cognitive since 2002.

PETER ROY, former president of Whole Foods Market, the nation's largest retailer of natural and organic foods, has joined the board of Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy Inc., a Boulder pharmacy chain that combines sales of prescription drug and over-the-counter products with natural, complementary and personal body care products. The company operates eight pharmacies in Boulder, Denver, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle.

WildBlue Communications Inc., an emerging Denver wireless broadband company, named KEN CARROLL its president and COO. The company plans to deliver a two-way wireless broadband service via satellite, direct to homes and small offices throughout the U.S. beginning in the second half of 2004.
