Montalvo v. Snyder, 207 F.Supp.2d 581 (E.D.Ky. 2002). A prisoner sued the federal Bureau of Prisons claiming that he was wrongfully classified as a sexual offender and subjected to a statutory requirement that authorities be notified prior to his release.
