Piggie v. McBride, 277 F.3d 922 (7th Cir. 2002). A state prisoner filed a habeas corpus petition alleging he was denied due process of law because a prison disciplinary board failed to review a videotape of the incident that gave rise to his disciplinary charges. The district court denied the petition and the prisoner appealed. The appeals court vacated and remanded, finding that district court erred in dismissing the petition.
