Laube v. Haley, 242 F.Supp.2d 1150 (M.D.Ala. 2003). Female prisoners brought an action against prison officials, challenging conditions of their confinement at certain state prisons. The district court granted injunctive relief, including an order that the officials submit a plan for alleviating the conditions.
