Utah's state legislative Web site was recognized for its design, content and technology at the NCSL 2005 Annual Meeting. Two national organizations, the Legislative Information and Communication Staff Section and the National Association for Legislative Information Technology, teamed up to offer the Online Democracy Award for the first time. This award will be given each year.
