USU project receives Department of Energy grant research.

Logan--The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) awarded UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY (USU) a $3 million grant to develop technology that could dramatically improve the battery performance of electric vehicles.

The $3.070,051 award is part of $43 million in funding from the U.S. Department of Energy's Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy announced in August.
