Update on the Latest Programs and Events in Your
Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section
Section Conference
Thank you to so many of you who took the time to attend
the Section Conference in Hollywood, California, from May
1–3 at the Loews Hollywood Hotel! The CLE programming
was outstanding, covering a variety of substantive legal issues
including the ethics of articial intelligence, the use of story-
telling at trial, tips from the bench on how to present your
case, an in-house counsel panel, an insurance coverage panel,
an alternative dispute resolution panel, conicts of interest in
litigation, DEI, and more! The networking events, including
the Wednesday welcome reception, the Thursday evening
reception and dinner at Universal Studios, and the Friday
networking luncheon, were tremendous and gave us oppor-
tunities to catch up with friends and colleagues and make
new connections.
