But a new study by the Institute for Mummies and the Iceman in Bolzano, Italy, suggests that the boy pharaoh was pretty homely. Researchers used 2,000 CT scans of his mummy to create a virtual reconstruction of Tut, who who ruled ancient Egypt from about 1333 B.C. to 1323 B.C.
