In your own words describe your practice. What makes your practice different from the rest?

No one knows the financial needs of physicians and their families like UMA Financial Services (UMAFS). Just like the clients we serve, we are specialists in our industry. We were specifically established to help physicians achieve their personal financial goals in every stage of practice. For over two decades, we have been giving unbiased, expert advice tailored to the needs of the medical community while offering a wide-range of services from investment management and insurance planning to retirement income planning.

Describe an ideal client for your practice, in general.

Simply put, physician members of the Utah Medical Association (UMA) and their families. Whether they are in residency, just starting their practice or into retirement, we employ our expert advice to help them create and follow a disciplined plan to assist them in achieving their financial goals.

We work with our clients, as trusted partners, to help them invest in their own financial health.

Once we help our clients create their financial plan by identifying their goals and investment timeframes, we formulate a plan to reduce risk while working toward financial success, As a result, we utilize an institutional-based academic approach to create diversified, cost efficient, risk managed investment solutions,
