Weston v. Pennsylvania, 251 F.3d 420 (3rd Cir. 2001). A male culinary service officer brought an action against the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and a female coworker, alleging hostile work environment, sexual harassment, and retaliation in violation of Title VII and a state human relations law. The district court dismissed the hostile work environment claim and granted summary judgment for the department on the retaliation claim.
