Allen v. Ohio Dept. of Rehabilitation and Corr., 128 F.Supp.2d 483 (S.D.Ohio 2001). An African-American probationary correctional officer brought an employment discrimination action against a state department of corrections and its officials under Title VII, [ss] 1983 and [ss] 1981.
