U.S. District Court: CONDITIONS RESTRICTIONS PROTECTIVE CUSTODY.

Graham v. Perez, 121 F.Supp.2d 317 (S.D.N.Y. 2000). Protective custody inmates at a state prison brought a [sections] 1983 action challenging their conditions of confinement. The district court dismissed the case, finding that the inmates failed to exhaust their administrative remedies prior to filing suit.
