McCall v. Pataki, 232 F.3d 321 (2nd Cir. 2000). A state prisoner brought a pro se [sections] 1983 action against state officials alleging that he was denied his constitutional rights during parole hearings. The district court dismissed the action and the appeals court affirmed.
