Two St. George Tech firms merge.

St. George - BUSYBUSY.COM acquired CABOSOFT, LLC, a custom software and mobile application development firm founded in 2008. Cabosoft was an early partner and investor in busybusy, building out its web and mobile platforms.

Busybusy.com is a multi-featured project management software designed to track various business processes. According to founder Isaac Barlow, busybusy needed to expand its development staff to keep up with demand. The company had 15 employees, not including sales agents, while Cabosoft had nine.

The founders of Cabosoft joined busybusy. with Jason Madrid becoming CTO, and Jim Boyd and Brad Campbell leading the mobile technology teams. Campbell says existing clients of Cabosoft will be fully served during the transition, and their projects will be completed.
