Tunista, Inc., a subsidiary of the Calista Corporation, was certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as an 8(a) ANC Contractor in Oct 1999.

Corporate headquarters are located in Anchorage. A separate dba contracts division, Tunista Pacific Rim, is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. Tunista Pacific Rim specializes in federal government/military small business 8(a) contracting and commercial/private section work throughout the Pacific Rim.

Current federal contracts include the construction project with the Army COE at Ft. Shafter, Hawaii (Barracks repair/renovation +$5 Million), Furnishings Management Office (FMO) at Hickam AFB, Hawaii ($7 Million), and the Aloha Conference Center (ACC) at Hickam AFB, Hawaii (+ $3.61 Million). In addition, final price negotiations with PACAF Command for IT Consulting Services will be completed August 2003.

Tunista, Inc. also performs construction work in the State of Alaska through Tunista Arctic Rim/TB I Construction, an LLC with Indian Preference formed in 2001 that specializes in Commercial, Light Industrial, Multi-Family, and Arctic Construction; Design-Build Projects; Project Management--Contract Administration.
