The 10 best cities for jobs, starting at No. 1, are Scottsdale, Ariz.; Plano, Texas; Orlando, Fla.; Sioux Falls, S.D.; San Francisco, Calif.; Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; Chandler, Ariz.; Salt Lake City, Utah; Tempe, Ariz.; and Raleigh, N.C.

The 10 worst cities for jobs, beginning at the bottom, are Detroit, Mich.; Fresno, Calif.; Bakersfield, Calif.; Newark, N.J.; Buffalo, N.Y.; Oxnard, Calif.; Worcester, Mass.; Cleveland, Ohio; Tallahassee, Fla.; and Rochester, N.Y.
