Trial Preparation Checklist
1. Prepare a list of trial exhibits.
2. Collect contact information and provide to relevant stakeholders.
3. Assist in preparation of deposition designations.
4. Assist in preparation of motions in limine.
5. Prepare numbered exhibits for exchange at a time determined by order,
agreement, or as dictated by local rules.
6. Assist in preparation of stipulated facts.

to bring to trial.

prior to shipment.
