The recent research report Trends in Employee Financial Issues for the Second Quarter of 2013 found:

* 40 percent of employees said they were confident with the investment strategy in 02 2013 versus 33 percent in 02 2012 and 28 percent in 02 2011. Economic confidence was also notably higher, with the minority of employees reporting being worried about the U.S. economy.
