Geac, a global enterprise software company for business performance management, has entered into an integration and marketing partnership agreement with TRX[R], a global leader in travel transaction processing and fulfillment services.

Headquartered in Atlanta, TRX provides services to more than 70 percent of the world's top travel providers. Under the terms of a contract with Extensity Inc., signed prior to Geac's acquisition of Extensity, the agreement includes marketing referrals and product integration between Geac's Extensity Travel Plans[TM] application and TRX's booking platform, RESX.

As a result of the integration, customers can access the RESX booking platform through a single sign-on and complete the entire travel booking process, from pre-trip approval and automatic policy enforcement to expense reimbursement.
