Study finds increased satisfaction with rental-car firms. J.D. Power and Associates has released its 2010 North America Rental Car Satisfaction Study, which found that travelers are more content with the rental-car industry. More than 11,500 business and leisure travelers were surveyed over the past year for the study. The travelers rated their experiences with car rentals at airports based on services and costs.
